Garrett Custom Building was founded by Dave Garrett in 1988.  Dave is a graduate of West Chester University (with degrees in  Business Management & Architectural Graphic Design) and has been working full time in construction since 1982. His commitment is to run this company with excellence, integrity and Judeo-Christian values. "Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain".

Our Business

Although our focus is mainly in the residential market, Garrett Custom Building has branched into the commercial market as well (constructing numerous restaurants, government buildings, and retirement homes while sub-contracting for several large regional & national firms, including, Diehl & Sons Inc., Fletcher & Harley Corp., Pennsylvania Construction, and Parkway Construction).
